Abstract: Based on the basic principle of a sinusoidal current subdivided driver, a three-phase hybrid stepper motor subdivided drive controller is designed. The system software uses current tracking and pulse width modulation technology to make the three-phase hybrid step The phase current into the motor is a sine wave with a 120 ° position. The output power optocoupler circuit uses six MOS tubes. The controller handles the defects of traditional three-phase hybrid stepping motors in the low-speed range, such as large vibration, co-vibration zone, and large noise, which improves the credibility of the step angle pixels and the controller.

 1 Preface


The three-phase hybrid stepper motor is an open-loop stepper motor endocrine system implementation component. It operates with a single pulse method and outputs angular displacement. Compared with DC stepper motors and DC stepper motors, its prominent advantage is that it is of high quality and low price, and there is no cumulative deviation. However, there are many shortcomings in the operation of stepper motors. For example, schools with low frequency oscillation, high noise, and low pixels have severely restricted the application of stepper motors. The operating characteristics of a stepper motor are closely related to its controller, which can get rid of the defects of the stepper motor according to the technical improvement of the driver. Compared with other driver methods, the subdivided driver method can not only reduce the step angle of the stepper motor, increase the pixels, but also reduce or eliminate high-frequency vibration, making the motor operation more stable and symmetrical. In general, the actual effect of subdivision driver operation is the best. Because common low-end stepper motor stepper control systems do not have feedback from stepper motors, as the speed of the motor increases, the amount of current in the control degree is relatively reduced, which leads to a step loss situation. Therefore, it is very common in industries where the speed and precision requirements are too low.
